History

Pachedu Trading (Pvt) Ltd formerly Pachedu Trading CC t/a People Dynamics Human Solutions (herein after referred to as People Dynamics) was established in February 2009 with a focus on assisting our select clients in the identification and recruitment of scarce technical talent. With time, we have evolved into a fully-fledged Human Resources Management Consultancy. People Dynamics is Accredited as a Recruitment Agency by The Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations (APSO) and is also Accredited by the Services Seta as a Training Services Provider.

Professional Code of Ethics

People Dynamics aims to provide Human Resources Management Consulting Services in compliance the fundamental professional ethics that are derived from ISO 20700:2017 – Guidelines for management consultancy services and The Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations (APSO)`s Guidelines on the Ethical Provision of Recruitment Services. In living these guidelines, we:

  • Maintain a professional approach, attitude, and behaviour in all our dealings with clients, the general public and fellow members of the Human Resources Management Consulting Profession.
  • Accept assignments only for which we are qualified and where our objectivity, independence or integrity will not be impaired.
  • Base our client recommendation on impartial observations, responsible opinion, pertinent facts, and practical considerations.
  • Ensure our anticipated benefits are obtainable and realistic.
  • Disclose timeously to clients all financial or other interests in recommended goods or services.
  • Ensure mutual understanding of all arrangements with clients prior to engagements.
  • Refrain from inviting or receiving approaches from clients` employees for employment which could compromise client confidentiality and confidence.
  • Accept an engagement only where there is no potential conflict of interest with one of our colleagues or where all parties are made aware in advance of the circumstances.
  • Ensure all management consultants under our control are fully conversant with and abide by this Code of Ethics.
  • We abide by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and all associated statutory and common law provisions that regulate the employment of people in South Africa.
  • We comply with all applicable legislation, regulations and official APSO directives that guide the ethical provision of Recruitment Services.
  • We do not undertake actions that unfairly or unlawfully jeopardize a candidate/ applicant/ work seeker`s employment.
  • We always exercise due diligence to ensure integrity of information provided to all stakeholders.
  • We always observe and respect the confidentiality and privacy of candidates and clients and we never use privileged information without client permission.
  • We do not forward the CV/resume of a candidate to any third party, without the express permission of the candidate, which is gained by full disclosure of the details of the client and available position.
  • As Members of APSO, we treat all clients and candidates with dignity and respect. We ensure that recruitment selection is based on objective business, employment equity and competency related criteria.
  • In all our dealings we always promote fair and transparent recruitment and employment practices.
