Permanent Placement Division

This division is responsible for the Provision of Permanent Recruitment Solutions to our clients. It forms one of our core services offered by our Recruitment and Placement Division are as follows. We assist our clients source scarce talent for:

We offer specialist recruitment services focusing on recruitment of Senior Technical and Engineering staff for Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering and Petro Chemical Companies, Government Departments, Municipalities and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

Temporary Employment Services (TES) Division

Our TES division operates as a separate business unit specializing in the provision and management of temporary and contract professional staff such as artisans, engineers, accountants, project managers, IT Professionals. Our TES division core division within our organisation.

 

In providing our Temporary Employment Services, we follow the guidelines on best International Practice as outlined in  ISO 37500:2014 Guidance on outsourcing which covers the main phases, processes, and governance aspects of  the outsourcing services we provide to our clients.   • Performance Management and Training: As the employer of the deployed staff we shall be responsible for the management of the deployed employees` careers including performance management and arranging and facilitating Training to address any Training needs identified during the performance reviews of the deployed staff.
